We’ll reach out on the day of your transfer to confirm your booking and share your driver’s details. Upon arrival, look for a name plate or follow the instructions for a code-based greeting.

You can make changes to your taxi reservation or cancel it 24 hours in advance by contacting our email info@royalfalcontaxi.com or our 24/7 call center. If you cancel your taxi reservation less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, we do not guarantee a refund. For tour reservations, cancellation is also possible 24 hours in advance. If you cancel your tour reservation less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, we do not guarantee a refund.

You do not need to do anything because we will track your flight using your flight number. We will have information about any delays and proceed accordingly.

Once you land, please switch on your mobile phone and connect to the free Wi-Fi provided at the airport. You may contact our call center for information.

We advise scheduling your pick-up time approximately 4 hours earlier than your departure time for international flights and 3 hours earlier for domestic flights.

We are not responsible for forgotten or lost items during your trip. However, you can contact us immediately in such cases, and we will assist you. If the driver has not yet left, we will return your item for free. If the driver has already left, a return is possible with an additional charge.

We track your flight and get your vehicle ready according to the landing time.
